試飲会で仕入れた限定酒

岡山・嘉美心酒造　「冬の月」

ですが、

「冬まで待てない冬の月」

です。

昨年の新酒を蔵元で瓶囲いで熟成。

旨味がありつつラベルのように、本当にきれいなお酒です。

１８００ｍｌ×６本の超限定作品。税込３，１５０円。

 

蔵元より

米の旨味を最大限に引き出した”冬の月”を熟成の香味を保たせたまま封印しました。

瓶囲い＆瓶火入れにもこだわりました。

 

 

嘉美心の秋の酒・旨口ひやおろしも本日入荷しました！！
