新酒第一号です！！

2009/11/18（水）

２００９新酒第一号入荷しました。

先週の松山での試飲会で注文してきたものです。

広島県の華鳩・貴醸酒生にごり。

日本酒度－４０の甘さなのに・・・後味スッキリ！！

なので、バーベキューや、焼肉に良く合います。

 

まだ酵母が活性してるので瓶の中で泡がたくさん出ています。

”おぉ～活きとる活きとる～～”と。

ついつい眺めてしまいます・・・。

でも。

この酵母たちは開栓時はとても危険です。

一気に外に出たがるんです。（吹く恐れがあります。）

開ける時には十分注意しましょう・・・。
